Microcasting

The company has a solid foundation of past techniques that prepare us for the future. This foundation began with the microcasting process. The protofusion process is the evolution of lost-wax microcasting. Lost-wax casting is the process by which a handmade metal model is rubberized to obtain a negative mould of the model, in which hot wax is then injected. Once the wax cools down, it is extracted. It then holds the model’s shape. At this point, with the help of a microcasting implant, we mould the object in the metal of the customer’s choosing.
